  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

LANGCCI offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your most recent purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling), subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
This guarantee applies to one item per product type, per customer. Please contact support@thelangcci.com with the subject line “Return Request” for instructions.

LANGCCI may modify or discontinue any portion of the Website or Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such changes.
Some products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
We do not support bulk purchasing or resale of LANGCCI products. Any suspected reseller account or bulk-order activity may be cancelled without refund, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
LANGCCI’s social media accounts are hosted and managed on external platforms. Content posted there does not necessarily reflect our views. If you encounter offensive content, please report it to the platform provider directly.
If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and may suggest an alternative. You may cancel and request a refund if you choose not to accept a substitute.
Abuse of promotional offers, including repeated cancellations and reactivations to gain discounts, may result in account suspension.
