Refund policy

Refund and Return Policy Unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase, LANGCCI reserves the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be subject to change. While LANGCCI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any shipment issues that may arise.
Once your order has been handed over to a shipping service, we encourage you to monitor your tracking information. Should any issues occur (such as significant delays or tracking errors), please contact us, and we will do our best to help you coordinate with the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing the order. Address changes must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to shipment (if applicable).

Refunds, Replacements & Product Issues

If you are not satisfied with your LANGCCI skincare product(s), please contact us at support@thelangcci.com. Depending on your situation, we may offer a product replacement or a partial/full refund at our sole discretion.
Before issuing a refund or replacement, we may request that you:
  • return the product (shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return); and/or
  • provide photo evidence (e.g., product condition, packaging, batch/lot number, and any visible issue) to help us better understand the problem.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect all products carefully upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thelangcci.com, and we will assist you with a replacement of the damaged item(s).
To help us process your request faster, please include:
  • your order number
  • clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item(s)

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price of the product(s) only.
To be eligible for a return:
  • products must be unused and in original packaging
  • returns must be shipped at your own cost (unless the return is due to a product defect)
  • original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your skincare routine. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return your most recent product within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
This guarantee applies to one opened or unopened item per customer.
To request a return under this guarantee, please email support@thelangcci.com with the subject line “Return Request”, and include:
  • your order number
  • the reason for return
Our team will reply with return instructions.

Important Notes

We do not accept returns for products that have been used extensively, altered, or are missing original packaging (except where required by local consumer protection laws).
For skincare products, individual results may vary based on skin type and usage habits. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
